The Role

We are seeking a skilled in-house electrician to join our installation team. You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of solar PV and battery systems, working closely with internal team members to deliver protected, effective and high-quality outcomes.

This role suits an electrician who:

• Works efficiently and communicates well

• Is comfortable with structured job flow

• Can complete up to two installs per day where applicable

• Wants stability and consistency

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission solar PV systems

• Install and commission battery storage systems

• Complete electrical works in line with Australian Standards

• Assist with testing, commissioning, and fault finding

• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety

• Keep work sites clean, protected, and compliant

• Complete required compliance and job documentation

Essential Requirements:

• Current NSW Electrical Licence

• Strong experience as a licensed electrician





• Positive understanding of electrical safety and compliance

• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Current driver’s licence

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Solar PV installation or design experience

• Battery installation experience

• SAA accreditation (Support available for the right candidate)
