Description
Operate company Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicles safely and in accordance with all road laws, regulations, and company procedures.
Complete pickups and deliveries of goods in a timely and qualified manner, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate delivery records, Proof of Deliveries (PODs), and all transport documentation, ensuring information is complete and
submitted on time.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and report any vehicle defects, freight damage, incidents, or delivery issues immediately to the relevant supervisor.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and receivers, representing the company in a qualified and courteous manner.
Assist with warehouse operations and freight handling, including loading, unloading, and stock movement, when required
