Thomasz Design & Construction is seeking an experienced and highly capable Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a key role overseeing residential projects from commencement through to completion. We are looking for someone with a strong background in high-end residential projects, who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, maintaining programme and budget requirements, and providing a high level of service to clients and consultants.
Key responsibilities
Manage and supervise residential construction projects from start to completion
Oversee high-end residential construction
Coordinate and manage trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
Ensure construction works are completed to drawings, specifications, quality standards and building regulations
Manage site programmes, sequencing and daily site activities
Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues
Conduct regular site inspections and quality-control checks
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, clients and subcontractors
Review drawings, specifications and construction details
Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently and professionally
About you
Solid experience in high-end residential construction
A thorough understanding of construction processes, sequencing and building practices
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Strong knowledge of Australian building standards and construction requirements
Excellent trade and subcontractor management skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and client-management skills
