The Opportunity

Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique andexceptional hospitality services to guests, and we are seeking an enthusiasticBarista who thrives in a fast-paced, fun and customer-focused environment.

As a Barista, you will play animportant role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and servinghigh-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customerservice. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure smoothdaily operations across our busy café outlets.

To ensure your success in thisrole, you will have:
Previous barista experience in a quick-pacedhospitality environment
Ability to prepare high-quality coffeeconsistently and efficiently
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience using POS systems
A positive, reliable,



and team-focused approach
Understanding of food safety and hygienestandards
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster,including weekends and public holidays

Your responsibilities willinclude:
Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, andlight menu items
Delivering friendly and productive customerservice
Taking orders and processing transactions viaPOS
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked workarea
Supporting daily café operations, includingopening and closing duties
Working collaboratively with kitchen andfront-of-house teams
