About the role

We are currently looking for a (Grill Cook / All Rounder) who has worked in a Fish & Chips, Kebab or other similar rapid food industry and have a minimum 2 years experience working on the grill.

What you would be doing

The main things that you would be doing include:
You will be responsible for the cooking of our quality Burgers, Fish, Kebab on the grill
Knowledge and experience of cutting, slicing frozen fish
Taking orders on the point of sale machine including phone order and processing the payment and order
Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment and floors are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day and at the end of each shift
Collect and dispose of rubbish, recycling and food waste safely / efficiently
Position is ideal for an all-rounder and someone with at least 2 years’ experience.

a multi tasker and capable of working in a high-pressure workplace.
Ideal for someone with part time availability and prepared to work evening hours (Monday to Sunday - from 0430pm to 0830pm).
We may consider offering a full time position for the right candidate (Monday to Sunday between the hours of 1030am 0830pm).
Able to work a adaptable schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
