Experienced Cyara Automation Tester to support the testing and validation of enterprise Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Cyara Velocity, Pulse, and Cruncher to automate customer journey testing across voice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer service settings.
The role will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experiences across contact center technologies and integrations.
