About the Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to manage inventory accuracy and supply chain operations across our offline pop-up retail events and online warehouse fulfilment. You'll work closely with brand partners, 3PL warehouse teams and our e-commerce team to keep stock data accurate from pre-event preparation through to post-event reconciliation, including regular travel to our Western Sydney warehouse (occasional Melbourne travel).

Key Responsibilities
Review historical sales and inventory data to prepare accurate stock lists and quota rules in Shopify and internal systems while identifying patterns affecting stock allocation across events.
Analyse incoming stock against delivery documentation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes for assigned events,



including identifying recurring operational issues and reporting findings to brand partners,
Test and support Shopify POS and inventory systems by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements before and during live sales.
Supervise inbound processes at 3PL warehouses and liaise between warehouse and e-commerce teams to identify stock issues and opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
Analyse stock movements, fulfilment errors and operational data to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Skills & Experience Required
Experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics or operations analysis
Solid Excel skills; experience with Shopify or POS/inventory systems an advantage
Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
Able to travel to warehouse sites as required

Salary: AUD $80,000 + Superannuation
