About the Role
Morgans Financial is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Adviser / General Manager to support our growth in our West Perth office and broader Western Australia
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with true autonomy, where your focus is on your clients, the team and growth – not day-to-day operational administration.
You will lead a team of stockbrokers and financial advisers while continuing to build and manage your own client base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of advisers and stockbrokers
Work closely and collaboratively with other Morgans branches, plus the WA & SA State Directors
Actively manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
Identify strategic business opportunities and partnerships

Operationally heavy
Burdened with day-to-day management administration
About You
You are a high-performing adviser or leader who:
Has a proven track record in wealth management or stockbroking
Brings an existing client base and, or strong referral networks
Has experience leading or mentoring advisers (or is ready to step up)
Is commercially minded with a growth mindset
Values autonomy and ability to build your business, your way.
