Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Assistant to support software development, testing, documentation, and day-to-day technical activities. The role involves assisting with software configuration, data preparation, issue tracking, system checks, and routine technical tasks. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and other team members to help maintain smooth software operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

You may also assist with troubleshooting, documenting technical information, preparing reports, updating system records, and coordinating software-related activities. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable learning recent technologies and tools in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development concepts, applications, databases, and information systems.




Familiarity with common software tools, development environments, and technical documentation.
Basic knowledge of SQL, data management, or scripting is an advantage.
Ability to follow technical procedures, analyze information, and identify potential issues.
Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to completing tasks.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
Willingness to learn current software, technologies, and processes quickly.
Ability to work independently when handling routine tasks while seeking guidance when necessary.
