The Role

This is a newly created position joining a close-knit QLD development team, currently deliveringlive projects.

As Assistant Development Manager, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of lifestylecommunity development — from site acquisition and feasibility through to DA, construction, and sales & marketing. This is a genuine stepping-stone role with robust mentorship from experienced practitioners and a explicit pathway to progression.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting Development Managers across multiple projects in QLD
Assisting with feasibility analysis, planning applications, and consultant management
Coordinating due diligence, approvals,



and project documentation
Liaising with internal stakeholders including the group's construction arm
Tracking project milestones, budgets, and programme deliverables

You
Tertiary qualification in property, planning, construction, or a related field
Min 2–5years of experience in property development, town planning, engineering, project management or a related discipline
Exposure to residential, masterplanned, or land lease development is highly regarded.
Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
