We are a Melbourne-based refurbished computer business specialising in quality pre-owned laptops, desktops and IT equipment.

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced Computer Repair Technician to join our team in Box Hill North, VIC.

This is a full time, Monday–Friday position with reliable working hours and long-term opportunities.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing laptop and desktop hardware faults

Repairing and replacing computer components, including motherboards, batteries, screens, keyboards, SSDs, RAM and other parts

Installing and reinstalling Windows operating systems

Testing refurbished computers to ensure hardware and software are functioning correctly

Completing quality control checks and grading devices according to condition

Recording repairs and device information accurately in our inventory/barcode system

Identifying and clearly labelling faults or outstanding issues for other team members

Following our repair, testing and warehouse procedures

Maintaining a clean,



organised and efficient work area

About You – Essential Requirements

Previous hands-on computer repair experience is essential.

We are looking for someone who:

Has practical experience repairing laptops and/or desktop computers

Can independently diagnose common hardware faults

Can confidently replace common laptop and desktop components

Can install and configure Windows

Is familiar with major business computer brands such as Dell, HP and Lenovo

Is reliable, responsible and well organised

Pays strong attention to detail and checks their work carefully

Takes responsibility for each device rather than simply completing the repair and moving on

Can follow established procedures and work efficiently without compromising quality

Communicates clearly when a fault or problem is identified

Is looking for reliable, long-term employment
