We are seeking to appoint a Construction Auditor in Victoria. This is a newly created role due to solid organic growth. You will report directly to the Senior Engineer and have the backing of a team of over 500 experts nationally. You will be responsible for completing construction audits and reporting of road, drainage, sewer and water projects. We are seeking a proactive team member capable of working with contractors to solve issues and ensure construction delivery is in accordance with drawings and authority standards.
Specifically:
Inspect OH&S; on site to ensure risks and hazards are identified against the Contractors management plan
Identify construction RFI’s on site and coordinate changes with design the team
Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information in a simplified manner
Undertake site inspections regularly including asset inspections and testing (sewer, water and compliance testing)
Use iAuditor to monitor and report on construction progress.
