We are currently looking for experienced Scaffolders, labourers and a Leading Hand to join our quick growing team with opportunities to excel within the company. Over the past few years we have become leaders in the local residential scaffold market.

Capcon Scaffolding has been recently expanding into the commercial market and we are looking for leaders and/or teams of experienced scaffolders to join and to step into permanent roles.

Scaffolder Positions:
Must have minimum 2 year previous experience working in residential/commercial scaffolding
Casual to full time role available for proven hard working candidates
Must have own vehicle to get between job sites
Reporting to the leading hand and directly to management
Must be punctual and presentable in appearance
Above award pay rates with plenty of overtime hours available.
Daily travel allowance

Leading Hand Scaffolder Position:




Must have minimum 2 years previous experience as a Leading Hand / Supervisor role.
Able to lead and supervise a team of scaffolders in the residential/commercial market.
Report to management on day to day tasks
Ability to adhere to work safe standards and complete works to a high level of quality standard.

Labourer's Position:
Must be punctual and have own transport to get between job sites.
Able to adhere to instructions to instructions given by leading hands and management.
Ability to perform tasks in a safe manner and with duty of care.
No scaffolding experience needed.

Skills and experience required:
Basic (SB) / Intermediate (SI) / Advanced (SA) HRW Ticketed Scaffolders
Current Drivers Licence (must have own vehicle)
White Card
Asbestos Awareness Card
