Indulge Cafe is a brand-recent cafe opening in Castle Hill, and we’re looking for experienced, reliable and energetic people to join our team. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE We are currently hiring for: Experienced Barista Confident producing high-quality coffee consistently Strong milk texturing and latte art skills Able to work efficiently during busy periods Friendly and confident with customers Previous cafe/barista experience essential Cafe Chef / Cook Experienced in a busy breakfast and lunch setting Confident preparing cafe-style meals Robust organisation, presentation and food safety standards Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience with breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, salads and similar cafe food highly regarded Experienced Cafe All-Rounder Customer service and front-of-house experience Taking orders and using POS systems Preparing drinks and basic food items Running food, cleaning and maintaining the cafe * Barista experience is a big advantage We’re looking for people who are reliable, punctual, hardworking and take pride in their work. As a new cafe, there will also be opportunities for the right people to grow with the business and take on additional responsibility.
