We are currently working with a growing civil contractor that has just secured a record amount of recent work, following a number of successful tender wins across the region.

With a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking to add an experienced Civil Supervisor to their team to help deliver a range of civil infrastructure and subdivision projects across the Ipswich to Lockyer Valley corridor.

The Role

You will be responsible for:
Supervising day-to-day civil construction activities across infrastructure and subdivision projects
Leading site crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
Managing site productivity, sequencing, materials and resources
Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and construction documentation
Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to achieve programme, quality and cost targets
Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and other project stakeholders

What We're Looking For





The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor / Foreman within civil construction
Strong experience across civil infrastructure, subdivisions, earthworks, roads, drainage and associated works
A strong understanding of construction methodologies and site sequencing
Ability to lead crews and subcontractors effectively
Strong communication and organisational skills
A safety-first approach and commitment to quality
Relevant tickets/qualifications within civil construction are advantageous
