Key Responsibilities include:
Deliver independent, engaging teaching to course students
Coordinate and lead other staff as required, ensuring effective collaboration and excellence through teaching and learning meetings.
Assess student learning outcomes through both formative and summative assessments.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, report to relevant parties and identify students who are at risk of failing, offering guidance and support.
Participate in professional development, enhance your teaching practices and stay up to date on best practice.
Report incidents of breaches in the student Code of Conduct or any health and safety concerns.
