Civica is seeking a proactive Engagement Consultant to join our Global Customer Success team. You will partner with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality responses to finance, service, product, and escalation requests, acting as the voice of the customer.
In this role, you will coordinate across functions, review responses for completeness and consistency, and drive improvements in engagement quality and outcomes for Civica’s customers globally.
