About the Chance

You'll be working with a supportive team while learning the installation of commercial flooring systems across projects in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland

Location

Our warehouse is based in Campbellfield, VIC.

Because public transport is limited, applicants must have:
Their own vehicle to travel to and from the warehouse.
A current driver's license, as driving company vehicles between the warehouse and job sites is part of the role.

Company vans and trucks are supplied for work-related travel.

What You'll Need
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Positive physical fitness for manual work.
Availability for both day and night shifts.




Weekend work is uncommon but may occasionally be required for urgent projects.

Training

No experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training to help you develop the skills needed for the role.Please note that paid training is offered to team members who actively participate, demonstrate genuine commitment, and show a willingness to learn. Payment is based on engagement and performance during training, not simply attendance.
