About the Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering customer grocery orders while providing outstanding service. You'll operate a modern refrigerated delivery vehicle, follow planned routes, and ensure every delivery is completed safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a company delivery vehicle.
Deliver online grocery orders to customers in a timely manner.
Load and unload customer orders with care.
Complete daily vehicle safety inspections.
Use delivery apps and handheld devices to manage deliveries.
Maintain food safety standards for chilled and frozen products.
Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
Follow all road rules, safety procedures, and fatigue management requirements.
Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or delivery issues promptly.
What We're Looking For
Current Australian Driver Licence (Open Licence required).
Clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift to 20 kg repeatedly.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous delivery or transport experience is desirable but not essential.
