Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our projects and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and material deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to senior management.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans, specifications and the NCC.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, checklists and incident reports.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and other office staff.




Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and in good condition for the project.
Monitor and enforce site safety policies in line with WHS requirements to promote a safe working setting.

Qualifications:
Trade qualification with proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
Current White Card
Valid WA driver's licence
Solid understanding of construction processes, the NCC, and WHS obligations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
