Toro Sushi & Poke in Victoria is seeking a full time cook to join our busy kitchen, bringing expertise in sushi, poke bowls and a range of Japanese dishes. You will work in a quick-paced commercial kitchen with a robust emphasis on freshness, quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery and have experience with Japanese cuisine, food safety and team collaboration to ensure consistent flavour, portion control and presentation across the menu.
