Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers on the Gold Coast is seeking a Disbursements Specialist to manage high-volume consignment payments for Canadian and other markets. You will ensure timely payments and adherence to remittance processes and systems.

Responsibilities include preparing consignor files, VAT verification, lien searches, Oracle data entry, seller settlement statements, and journal entries. You will review invoices with AP, compile sale reconciliation reports, and maintain vendor records
