About the Payroll Officer Role:
In this role you will managethe end-to-end payroll function, ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance and providing trusted advice on payroll and employment conditions.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a 12 month fixed-term part time role (0.6 FTE).
This role requires in office attendance on Mondays and Tuesdays during pay week, with flexibility around your remaining hours and days, including the option to work in a hybrid arrangement.
The role is based in our Northern Suburbs offices.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
Process fortnightly payroll accurately, on time and in compliance
Maintain payroll data, records and employee changes
Provide expert advice on pay, entitlements, awards and legislation
Monitor payroll systems, processes and reporting for accuracy
Lead payroll improvements, system changes and compliance initiatives
To succeed in this role you will have:
Proven payroll experience, including award interpretation
Solid industrial instrument interpretation and application"?
