Full technical audit of 3 WordPress sites
Creating and executing a rebuild roadmap
Managing external developers and contractors
Cleaning up plugin stack and technical debt
Improving site speed (Core Web Vitals)
Ensuring SEO-protected migration and structure
Overseeing hosting, security and scalability
Implementing clean tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking)
Creating a reliable setting so marketing can move fast
You report directly to the CEO.
