Role Description The Property Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Tweed Heads, NSW. This role supports day-to-day property management activities, including coordinating inspections, assisting with lease documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

The Property

Assistant will liaise with tenants, owners, and external service providers, respond to inquiries, and provide follow-up to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities also include general administrative support, data entry,



and assisting with preparation of marketing materials and property listings. The role requires consistent on-site presence to support the property management team and ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with tenants, owners, and colleagues.
Experience or interest in Property Management and Lease Administration to support day-to-day rental and sales activities.
Administrative Assistance skills, including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Valuable organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and property management or CRM software (or willingness to learn).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
