Role & Responsibilities
Support senior project managers in tracking deliverables, maintaining timelines, and updating project dashboards using tools like MS Project or Asana.
Assist in scheduling meetings, documenting action items, and managing communication across cross-functional teams.
Compile project status reports, risk logs, and stakeholder updates—ensuring clarity and alignment across all parties.
Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Help maintain project documentation, including scope statements, change logs, and RACI matrices.
Conduct research on industry best practices and recommend efficiency enhancements for ongoing initiatives.
Preferred
Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
Experience with Trello or Monday.com
Familiarity with SAFe or PRINCE2 frameworks
