Operations/Project Administrator | Remedial Construction | Brisbane

We’re looking for an experienced Operations/Project Administrator to join a busy and established business supporting commercial construction projects.

This is not a senior management role, and you don’t need to be a Contract Administrator. What we are looking for is someone who already has solid experience working within construction, projects or a subcontractor environment and understands the pace, processes and coordination required to keep projects running smoothly.

You’ll be someone who is organised, confident juggling multiple priorities and comfortable working closely with project teams, supervisors, suppliers and subcontractors.

We’d particularly like to hear from candidates with experience in:
Project or operations administration within construction
Purchase orders, invoices and project cost administration
Subcontractor and supplier coordination
Project documentation, compliance and record keeping
Contracts and commercial administration support
Tracking project information, deadlines and outstanding actions
Supporting Project Managers, Site Managers or Contract Administrators




Working across multiple projects at different stages
Construction systems, project software and Microsoft Office

You don’t need to have managed major contracts or led a team. This role would suit an experienced Project Administrator, Operations Administrator, Project Coordinator or Assistant Contract Administrator who enjoys being involved across the operational side of projects and wants to continue building their construction career. If you have strong administration experience and genuinely understand how construction projects operate, I’d be interested in speaking with you.
