Our client is a market‑leading supplier of high‑quality precast concrete products for major construction and infrastructure projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Precast Production Supervisor to oversee operations and drive excellence across their Winnellie facility.

About The Role
Execute production plans to hit production targets
Oversee quality control processes and ensure all products meet required specifications
Lead, mentor and develop production team members to build capability and performance
Manage budgets and complete monthly stock takes
Champion a solid safety culture and ensure compliance with all WHS requirements

About You
Proven experience in precast concrete production, with strong leadership capability
Safety‑focused, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
Current white card
Hold a high-risk work licence - LF, CB & DG are highly regarded




Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport
Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
