Arts Centre Melbourne is seeking a Head of Equity & Inclusion to build the foundations of DEI practice across the organisation. You will design the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan, own obligations under Vic acts, and lead accessibility and disability inclusion commitments.
You will develop reporting, data systems and governance to demonstrate outcomes, enable the Reconciliation Action Plan, and embed equity into how the organisation operates rather than as a separate program.
