Pastry Chef / Pastry Cook

Full-Time & Part-Time Role

Teddys Bakehouse artisan bakehouse in Werribee, built around quality, craft, and beautifully made pastries and desserts. Our focus is on hand-crafted viennoiserie, classic pastries, and refined desserts, using great ingredients and simple, honest techniques.

As part of our team, you’ll also be producing pastries and desserts for our other local venues, making this a outstanding chance to be involved in a growing, multi-venue operation from the ground up.

About You

This role suits someone who values craftsmanship and consistency. You will ideally:
Have experience in pastry, desserts, or viennoiserie
Be trade-qualified or have strong hands-on industry experience
Take pride in presentation, organisation, and quality
Work well in a small, collaborative team
Bring a positive, reliable attitude

Experience with croissants, danishes, tarts, slices, and dessert finishing is highly regarded.

The Role
Pastry and dessert production only (no bread)
Production for the bakehouse and our other local venues




Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and organisation
