Queensland Greyhound Racing Club (QGRC) is seeking an experienced Racing Coordinator to play a key role in the successful delivery of race meetings at THE Q. About Us The Q is South East Queensland’s most exciting entertainment and racing destination. About the Role

Working closely with the Racing Operations Manager and General Manager, you will coordinate race day operations, support compliance and racing administration, build robust relationships with trainers and stakeholders, and help ensure our racing team is well trained and supported.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the demands of racing and thrives in an environment where no two race days are the same.

We are looking for someone who brings a combination of racing knowledge, strong organisational skills,



and a genuine ability to work with people. You will ideally have:
Strong knowledge of the racing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The confidence to build professional relationships with trainers, staff, and other stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and getting things done.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a high-performing team.
Flexibility and composure when priorities change, particularly on race days.
Experience with reporting and racing administration.

Hours of Work Race meetings require evening and weekend availability. Working days will generally be Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility required when needed.
