Legal Counsel – APAC | Global Skilled Services Organisation

Our client is a global advisory and sustainability-focused organisation seeking a Legal Counsel to support its growing regional operations. With 125+ offices and 5,000+ employees worldwide, the business is expanding rapidly across Asia‑Pacific, strengthening its legal function following recent acquisitions.

You’ll support the APAC region across commercial, corporate, compliance, and M&A; matters, working closely with the Head of Legal – APAC to ensure risk is well managed and the business remains legally compliant as it grows.

Role and Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, data protection agreements, and purchasing/ client contracts.
Support bids and tenders, oversee template updates, liaise with insurers, and coordinate litigation reporting.
Handle corporate governance and transactional matters, including board/shareholder resolutions, corporate records, reorganisations, integrations,



due diligence, and post‑acquisition documentation.
Lead compliance and operational support, including policy updates, training, contract risk review using AI tools, and assisting with IP, employment issues, and legal tech development.

Ideal profile
Solid drafting and negotiation abilities with solid experience in commercial and/or corporate law.
Pragmatic, efficient, and collaborative working style with a “can‑do” mindset.
Fluent in English with 5+ PQE preferred, and beneficial exposure to international/APAC work.
In‑house experience advantageous, along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, global environment.
