Core Crew is working with an established WA operation to find an experienced Supervisor Maintenance to join their team. This is a front-line leadership role for someone who's done their time in the trades and is ready to lead a crew - keeping planned and corrective maintenance running safely, on time and on budget.
You'll report to the Superintendent Maintenance and be the go-to for day-to-day direction on the tools, working alongside Operations and Engineering to keep plant and fixed infrastructure performing.
What you'll be doing:
Running the protected execution of maintenance work within quality, time and budget targets. Allocating people and resources sensibly to hit the schedule. Building maintenance scopes that actually reflect plant strategy and life-of-asset planning, not just what's urgent this week.
Working across departments so shutdowns and work management don't fall apart at the handover. Coaching your crew and making sure everyone's trained and competent for what they're doing.
What we're looking for:
Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate (or equivalent)
At least two years in a similar supervisory role, ideally within mining, mineral processing, heavy industry or fixed plant operations
Comfortable reading schematics, wiring diagrams and P&IDs;
Someone people actually want to follow - solid leadership, positive communicator
A fault-finder at heart, proactive rather than reactive
Knows the safety legislation, not just in theory
CMMS experience
