The Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the management and maintenance of residential properties. The Property Manager will work closely with property owners, tenants, and service providers to create a harmonious living and working setting.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements
Prepare and manage budgets, including rent collection and expense tracking

Qualifications:
