0.4 FTE (4 days per fortnight) District Health is seeking an outstanding Clinical Lead within our

Obstetrics and Gynaecology

department to join our progressive team. The Clinic Lead will provide leadership to the O&G; unit at Swan Hill District Health supporting continual improvement to the services provided.

Key Selection Criteria For This Role
Specialist Registration with the Medical Board of Australia and have fellowship of the Royal Australian and Recent Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of clinical governance and the underpinning framework for safety and quality in health care.




Demonstrated effective communication skills in dealing with patients, their relatives and skilled colleagues.
Knowledge of continuous quality improvement activities relevant to practice within clinical discipline.
