Our client is a well-established residential builder delivering high-quality multi-unit apartment developments across Sydney. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced General Class 2 Foreman to join their site team.

This is an excellent chance for a motivated construction professional to work on large-scale residential projects while playing a key role in driving safety, quality, and programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily site operations.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site labour.
Ensure works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship.
Enforce and promote a strong site safety culture.
Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
Monitor project progress and address site issues proactively.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Assist in short-term programming and resource planning.
Ensure compliance with all WHS and Class 2 building requirements.

About You




Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Site Supervisor within residential construction.
Demonstrated experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects.
Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes and construction standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong understanding of quality assurance and defect management.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
Current driver's licence.
