An established builder and developer is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join its growing project team. With a strong pipeline of Class 2 residential developments across Sydney, this is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone looking to build their career with a stable and well-supported business.

You will work closely with the Construction Manager and Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a high-rise residential apartment project.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and in line with the construction programme.
Support subcontractor management and monitor progress, quality and compliance.
Review construction drawings and help resolve technical and design issues on site.
Manage RFIs, shop drawings, site records and other project documentation.
Conduct site inspections and support quality assurance processes.
Assist with project programming, look-ahead schedules and short-term planning.
Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with company procedures,



WHS requirements and project specifications.
Build solid working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.

About You:
At least 2 years’ experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
Previous experience on Class 2 residential apartment projects is essential.
Positive understanding of construction methodologies, site coordination and quality assurance.
Ability to read construction drawings and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
