You will ensure packaging lines run efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and deploy cutting-edge packaging designs while driving Lean/Continuous Improvement to reduce waste and cost. You will partner with Supply, Engineering, R&D;, and Q&FS; to ensure smooth transitions during changes.
