You’ll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance the quality of life for those in your care. Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Promote independence and empower clients to make choices in their daily lives.
Support clients in accessing community resources and social activities.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health.
Collaborate with healthcare specialists and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and organisational policies.

Qualifications:




Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in disability support.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
Basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is beneficial.

Requirements:
Own vehicle and drivers license (insured vehicle).
NDIS worker clearance.
WWC clearance.
Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (online training).
