What you'll do:
Supervise and support F&B; Assistants during shifts
Maintain high food quality, presentation, and safety standards
Oversee stock, prep, and equipment care
Ensure opening/closing checklists and shift reports are completed
Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless events
Train, motivate, and communicate effectively with your team
What we're looking for:
Experience in kitchen supervision or leadership
Solid communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safety, hygiene, and customer service
Positive, qualified, and team-focused attitude
