ExperiencedCyara Automation Testerto support the testing and validation of enterprise ContactCenteras aService (CCaaS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in usingCyara Velocity, Pulse, and Cruncherto automate customer journey testing across voice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer service settings.
The role will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experiences across contactcentertechnologies and integrations.
