Carma is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the online car buying experience. You will lead end-to-end UX across web and mobile, from discovery to checkout, partnering with Product, Engineering and Marketing to deliver straightforward, human journeys that scale.
You will drive user research, usability testing, and build scalable design systems, while embracing AI tools to accelerate insights and craft. This is Carma's first in-house UX design role, defining design practices company-wide.
