The Role

We are seeking a Cert IV qualified Personal Trainer to coach our B-Active Functional Training Classes and assist with gym floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching B-Active Functional Training Classes
Supervising gym floor shifts
Member engagement and relationship building
Technique correction and exercise coaching
Conducting beginner inductions for new members
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
Supporting members to achieve their fitness goals

Essential Requirements
Certificate IV in Fitness (essential)
Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)
Strong coaching and communication skills
Passion for health, fitness, and member success

Bonus Qualifications & Experience
Group fitness instruction experience
Les Mills qualifications
Cycle/Spin instruction
Zumba
Aqua Fitness
Reformer Pilates
Other group fitness certifications

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
