An established construction and development group is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join its Gold Coast project team.
You will work on a major high-rise residential development, managing key commercial packages from procurement through to final account. The business operates with the systems, structure and project capability expected of a leading commercial builder, backed by a strong pipeline of future work.

About the Role
Manage procurement, tender analysis and subcontractor appointments
Administer subcontract agreements, variations and progress claims
Prepare cost reports, forecasts and commercial updates
Manage contractual correspondence, RFIs and project documentation
Identify commercial risks and support the wider project leadership team
Build robust relationships with subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
Assist with project close-out and final accounts

About You
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator




High-rise residential or large-scale commercial construction experience
Background within an established, systems-driven construction business
Strong subcontractor procurement and contract administration capability
Confident managing sizeable and complex trade packages
Relevant construction management, quantity surveying or similar qualification
Based on the Gold Coast or committed to working locally
