We’re looking for a passionate apprentice ready to learn from the best and build a career they’re proud of.
The Role
As an Apprentice Hairdresser, you’ll complete your Certificate III in Hairdressing while working alongside our experienced team. This is a hands on apprenticeship where you’ll develop your skills the right way, with proper time, mentorship, and support every step of the journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
Completing your Certificate III in Hairdressing while you work, with full support from our team
Creating content for our social media to showcase the studio and grow your own profile
Building and nurturing your own clientele as your skills develop
Supporting the senior team with services, prep, and day to day salon flow
Sourcing and securing your own training models to practise and refine your technique
Keeping the studio clean, tidy, and welcoming, including general cleaning and salon upkeep

A genuine passion for hair and a hunger to learn
A positive, can do attitude and solid work ethic
Reliability, punctuality, and outstanding attention to detail
A warm, friendly nature that makes clients feel at ease
Confidence creating content and being on camera (or a willingness to learn)
A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved
