About the role:
Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as a Registered Nurse in Charge
Deliver and coordinate high-quality clinical care aligned with best practices
Provide clinical and managerial leadership, mentorship, and supervision to enhance care quality
Ensure compliance with the Multi-Purpose Site Standards and policies
Utilize advanced skills in acute and aged care settings to meet residents’ diverse needs

Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration + police check
