A well-established Queensland commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Townsville team. With a robust pipeline of Design & Construct projects up to $50M, this role offers the chance to deliver projects across Education, Government Facilities, Health and Multi-Storey Residential sectors.

Description
Lead the delivery of D&C; projects across Education, Government Facilities, Health and Multi-Storey Residential sectors ($15M-$50M).
Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety targets are achieved.
Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to meet key project milestones.
Oversee procurement, contract administration, variations and project reporting.
Identify and manage project risks, delays and cost impacts.




Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Provide leadership and support to Site Managers, Project Engineers and Contracts Administration staff.

Profile
Project Management experience with a commercial head contractor.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience on projects ideally in the $10M-$50M range.
