Your role
Prepare financial models, cash flows, DCFs and transaction underwrites
Review leases, tenancy schedules, WALE, income and outgoings
Produce pitches, submissions, information memorandums and client reports
Coordinate financial and technical due diligence
Research transactions, rents, yields and vacancy, and maintain market databases
Support campaign strategy, purchaser analysis, client meetings and chance identification
