We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate/Executive to join our growing sales team and help us build a strong pipeline across AI consulting, software development, automation, and digital transformation.

What You’ll Do
Identify and target Australian SMBs
Drive cold calling, cold email & LinkedIn outreach
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
Lead conversations around AI Consulting & Strategy
Identify opportunities for custom software, AI, automation & digital transformation projects
Qualify prospects and work closely with senior sales, leadership & delivery teams




Maintain CRM records and manage outreach campaigns
Build referral and partnership opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve sales messaging and strategies

What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of experience in B2B sales / Business Development
Experience selling IT services, software, SaaS, technology or consulting solutions is highly preferred
Strong cold calling and outbound sales skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
Consultative and solution-oriented approach
Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
Experience with CRM and sales outreach tools
Exposure to AI, automation, SaaS or technology sales is a bonus
