LAB Bakery Cafe is expanding its business with the introduction of a recent brunch menu. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes
Assist with menu planning and recipe development
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Manage food preparation and stock control
Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary
Salary will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications during the interview process.
